Notice to Bidders
Sealed Bids will be received by the Town of
Stringtown at Stringtown City Hall, 105 Pecan
St. Stringtown, Ok. 74569, until 4 p.m. on
Wednesday, November 26, 2024. Bids will be
opened at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December
2, 2024 at the Stringtown City Hall located at
105 Pecan St. Stringtown, Ok. 74569 and then
publicly read aloud. The lowest and best bid
will be presented to the city council at their
next scheduled meeting on Tuesday,
December 3, 2024 for final approval and
authorization.

This will be for the furnishing of the following
items:

PARKING LOT REPAVING IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT

Specification packets can be obtained at
Stringtown City Hall, 105 Pecan St.
Stringtown, Ok 74569 during regular business
hours.

Envelopes containing bids must be clearly
marked on the outside to identify the item
being bid and the date of the bid opening.

Town of Stringtown expressly reserves the
right to reject any or all bids received. All bids
will be considered irrevocable offers under
conditions specified in the bid for a period of
thirty (30) calendar days from and after the
date herein of the opening of bids.
